How does delivery work?+
We operate exclusively with delivery to your accommodation. We deliver and collect the bicycles directly at your hotel, agriturismo, B&B, or agreed meeting point, across Lake Iseo and Franciacorta.
Is advance booking necessary?+
Yes. To ensure vehicle availability and optimize delivery timing, advance booking is highly recommended, especially during the summer months.
What happens in case of bad weather?+
Safety comes first. In case of compromising bad weather, we offer the possibility to reschedule the rental or tour date based on availability, or to receive a full refund.
What is included in the rental cost?+
Every rental includes essential safety and support gear for free: a premium helmet, a secure anti-theft lock, a basic repair kit, a digital map with recommended routes, and active WhatsApp support.
