Accessibility Statement
Committed to making our website accessible to everyone
1. Commitment
Orme Bike Experience voluntarily commits to making its website accessible, following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
2. Applicable Regulatory Framework
EU Directive 2016/2102 on the accessibility of websites and mobile apps applies to public sector bodies, a category Orme Bike Experience does not belong to, being a private commercial business. EU Directive 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), implemented in Italy through Legislative Decree 82/2022, introduces accessibility requirements for certain private digital services starting 28 June 2025 — but Art. 4 expressly exempts microenterprises providing services (fewer than 10 employees and annual turnover or balance sheet not exceeding EUR 2 million), a category Orme Bike Experience belongs to. This accessibility commitment therefore remains voluntary.
3. Standards
We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance to ensure an optimal experience with screen readers and keyboard navigation.
